The street market in Cabanal is very nice. Every Thursday behind Mercado Cabanal (Fresh Food Market). They have lots of variety and cheap stuff.

Also the Central Markets in the old town is a great place to go also for Fresh Food. They close at 2pm and are closed on Sundays
