POWER WALKS - TUESDAY'S at 3pm!

Hey there!

I am starting the Power Walks again and you should definitely try and fit it into your Tuesday!

Reasons...
* It is FREE - I lead the class out of the goodness of my heart
* Walking is the best exercise for you
* You may meet someone new
* It works off all those Mojito's, summer cerveza's y vinos!


What I do...
First we start off in the park opposite the 3 torres
We head up the park on the right hand side for about 30 minutes then turn around and finish where we started
It is about 5km and takes around 50min - 1 hour
I then go through about 10 minutes of strengthening exercises for you Ab's, arms, buttocks and legs (summer ain't over yet!)
Finish with a good stretch
Then we head to the Rose Garden Cafe for a drink

No excuse - babies in buggies more than welcome - C u there!
