I met a lady this week who has come here for 6 months. Her family has moved into an apartment that needs a bit of "bulking up" for their stay...they have 4 teenagers! They are after chairs, bedside tables, simple shelves, a dresser, any kitchen utensils/pot/pans... Can't remember if anyone has ever repoted a second-hand furniture place here, but they don't want to spend much as they only need stuff for 5 months and won't be taking any of it back to the US with them.
